Robert Bellinger has been the Chairman of adjudicators at the Blackpool Junior Festival for almost 20 years.
Festival organiser, Natalie Hayes said, "Since 2004 this gentleman has chaired the Ballroom and Latin section of this Blackpool Junior Dance Festival, adding the May Dance Festival to his portfolio last year.
His wit, knowledge and professionalism has contributed to preserve the traditions and uniqueness of these festivals.
It is with great sadness I have to announce the retirement from this Festival of our Ballroom and Latin Chair, Mr Robert Bellinger.
On behalf of the Blackpool Dance Festival, The Winter Gardens and Blackpool Council, thank you for your service during the years.
