NOTE:

Number of paricipants per county is not limited. For PD Eurpean Championship the organiser has to send the invitation to all PD Member Bodies, couples must be nominated by their Member Bodies and the Organiser will provide free accommodation and airport transfers up to first 2 nominated couples per county. For PD Super Grand Prix couples have to make their entries by themselves. For PD SGP th Organiser may also collect starting fee and is not obliged to provide free accommodation and airport transfer to registered couples.
